Many of these posts are a combination of real life examples of applying and understanding the Gospel in the business place.
Real life example that really made it clear --- we have to know God, know him by Name to have the relationships we were made to have and be able to fully partake in his blessings.

In that day you will ask in My name…for the Father Himself loves you… —John 16:26-27
“In that day you will ask in My name…,” that is, in My nature. Not “You will use My name as some magic word,” but— “You will be so intimate with Me that you will be one with Me.” “That day” is not a day in the next life, but a day meant for here and now. “…for the Father Himself loves you…”— the Father’s love is evidence that our union with Jesus is complete and absolute. Our Lord does not mean that our lives will be free from external difficulties and uncertainties, but that just as He knew the Father’s heart and mind, we too can be lifted by Him into heavenly places through the baptism of the Holy Spirit, so that He can reveal the teachings of God to us.
A few day ago as I read this, God began to lean into my spirit and make this clearer to me. I have prayed many times and said 'in Jesus name' but at times did I understand what I was saying? I have thought so much about the other verses like John 14: 13 "Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son", 14 "If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it" These are such concrete statements, no hidden clues, simply ask in MY NAME and I will do.
Then I remembered an older man who came up to me with a problem with a part on his car. He said, "David I called out to the shop and asked, but they told me no." I answered him by writing my name on a card, told him who to see and what to ask for. Next time I saw him the answer he received was "yes."
See he asked in my name.
Principle applies when are we are seeking God and seeking to known and serve our customers.
